- Uninterrupted service
- No data loss
- Complete error-free operation

- We are not liable for indirect losses
- Our total liability does not exceed fees paid in past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party AI provider issues

- Long-term inactivity (over 12 months)
- Involved in fraud or illegal activities

After account termination:
- Immediate cessation of service access
- Forfeiture of remaining balance
- Data deletion after 30 days
